We are kicking 2012 off with the launch of two New products to help you maintain an efficiant and well kept battery room.

The Problem: Spending a lot of time in various battery rooms, we see all types safety issues. One issue we have noticed is the increasing risk of injury and accident due to unsafe placement of gravity feed drums. Its not easy to find a suitable place for these drums, especially when it comes time to fill the batteries. Seeing these drums laying on top of battery chargers or shoved into the corner are a familiar site in most battery rooms. In some cases the drum has been placed on top of the Forklift roof. I dont know about you but I think putting 25Litres of water on top of a high votage battery charger is asking for trouble.

The Solution: With all these risks in mind we have designed two products to overcome these problems.

THE EASY MOUNT

The Easy Mount is a 25Litre gravity feed drum mounted to a strong powder coated wall mounted bracket. This unit can be mounted next to the charger or out of the way, keeping your battery room safe and neat.

This unit comes standard with 2.5m of outlet hose but a single point outlet is available.

DEMINO

This system has been designed on the same as the Easy Mount with a 2.5Litre deioniser and Built-In Quick Check TDS monitor.

This Demino system a perfect addition to your battery room. Its low maintenence and requires very little training to operate. The 25Litre drum is always kept full so theres no need to worry about when to fill it.

There is no de-ioniser system like this.

• Water is lost during charging. Therefore, the
• best time to water your batteries is always at
• the end of the charge cycle. However, if the electrolyte level is extremely low or the plates are exposed to air, add some water to cover the plates before starting the charge cycle.
